HOTEL UPDATE
We checked with the hotel today and there are a handful or more rooms available for the weekend. If you were on the waiting list — call now 918.627.5000 and ask for Judy in Reservations.

Bring your swimsuit — the Leapin’ Louies is complete. Be the first in your group to slide down the Frog’s tongue.

GUEST UPDATE
Unfortunately, the Con is not more important than our families. Two of our guests will be unable to join us. Gary Babb and Michelle Bardsley have both had unforeseen circumstances arise.

POCKET PROGRAM UPDATE
You haven’t seen it yet, but there’s a couple of teeny tiny mistakes in the pocket program.

• For example. There will not be two 6:30 PMs on Friday. It will be a normal day just like any other…except for the Con happening. Opening ceremonies will be at 6:00.
• And then…the Dementia Music Panel apparently got caught up in some sort of vortex and does not appear on the pocket program at all. This is a mistake. Not the Dementia Music Panel — that’s a good idea. Boardroom 2nd Floor 4:00 PM Saturday — be there!.
• I also missed Shanna Swendson’s signing on Sunday at noon on Sunday. This is not Shanna’s fault. I’m blaming the software. It sounds good, doesn’t it?
